What COSMO Challenge is

The COSMO Challenge is a paper-based academic olympiad for school students in grades 6 through 11. It is organized by the Collegiate Organization for Scholastic Methodology Olympiads (COSMO), a collegiate body focused on structured, fair, and rigorous assessment.

The 2026 challenge launches with a single live subject — Mathematics — held on October 22, 2026. Institutes enrol their students in bulk and invigilate on-site; private candidates register directly and are assigned an exam center. Everyone prepares with the sample papers and syllabus published here.

The challenge is run in partnership with Habibians' Academy, a Karachi coaching institute with over 12 years of experience and more than 5,000 students prepared for competitive examinations.
